1. Check that the corresponding capsule adapter is being used.
2. The ground coffee is too fine or too full.
3. Use the supplied pump tube for pressurization.
4. Perform descaling.
The machine uses the DG capsule filter holder to avoid extracting the coffee liquid, only water comes out.
Use the supplied cleaning needle to clean the piercing hole of the DG* filter holder and change the position of the DG capsule to extract it again.
Why does the coffee taste weak?
1. For NES* Original and ground, use the reduced amount of water.
2. Try a finer grind, a slightly larger dose (15 g) and a firmer press.
3. Choose dark roast coffee beans for grinding.
