Their history
Always passionate about the In the bicycle sector, brothers Michele and Giuseppe Beraudo set to work to create a local company that could export their know-how and the efficiency of their products, even abroad. In 1996, the DENVER company was born.
From that moment on, their company has always aimed to provide its customers with products and lines of bicycles that meet the different needs and requests of each. Precisely for this reason, as early as 2000, they at DENVER introduced e-bikes to large-scale retail outlets, a fundamental push that made them pioneers in the electric bike sector.
In light of the growth of their company, and their sector, they also remodeled their structure. This led to the creation of their in-house research and design departments, capable of providing customers with custom-made projects based on their requests and guidelines. And, in the same way and for the same reason, they ensured that production and assembly, as well as the painting and that of wheel assembly, were all internal to have flexibility, speed and control of the products quickly and efficiently.
In 2021, the private investment fund Trilantic Europe decided to invest in their company, thus giving a further boost to DENVER's growth and the expansion of its activities.
